Wild Therapy is a training set up by Nick Totton, and his book is a good (but sometimes dense) place to start. It's about all sorts of things. Lots of overlap with other eco-therapies. One of the most significant is including the world in the therapy process. Maybe we are out somewhere in nature and *allowing nature to be therapist*. I'll add it to my list of things to write a post about sometime!
Love this. I really enjoyed the book The Three Day Effect which I guess is an example of wild therapy, where a therapist takes addicts and abused women camping. Nature is definitely therapeutic!
I’ve never heard of Wild Therapy, but love the KonMari method and I’m so excited to find out what Wild Therapy means.
I’ve also debated a lot about my Substack name but ultimately stuck with my name as many novelists (me) actually do use their names.

I will check out his book. Thanks again!
Thanks, not heard of that but will check it out.
I like both names! But "Just As You Are" sounds so welcoming, like open arms.
